On the front exterior you have a nice size driveway in the front that fits up to four vehicles. The backyard features a semi-covered pool, a turf lawn, and a concrete deck with a patio table and chairs under a gazebo, complete with a grill. The space: On the inside is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with fully stocked kitchen, a nice sized family room with a couch and two accent chairs. The living room includes a SmartTV. You will need to use your own login to access applications such as ESPN and Netflix. The fireplace is not to be used, and the chimney has been sealed. The kitchen is brand new and fully stocked with a full sized fridge and dining area, an air fryer, knife set, cutlery, etc. Master Bedroom - Includes King Bed and direct access to the pool area through sliding doors. Although pictured, the TV may not be in the master bedroom. This room also includes a walk-in closet and its own bathroom. Second Bedroom - Has a king size bed, a closet, and direct access to pool area through sliding doors. Third Bedroom - Third Bedroom has a queen sized murphy bed, standing desk, and closet. This room can also simply be used as an office / spare room for visitors. Utility room - Can be used as storage, also has a full size brand new washer and dryer.
