Sleeping arrangements include 1 king, 2 queen, 1 double-twin bunk bed, and 1 sofa bed (in the living room) The house has 3 bathrooms, 2 are en-suite or within the larger rooms. There are really 2 masters. 3rd bathroom is in the hallway to be shared by the other 2 bedrooms. House also has an attached one-bedroom apartment that can be rented together (sister listing) ~New Fab Pool~which can host an additional 3 guests for a total accommodation of 12 with a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The pool and backyard are shared with sister-listing guests but fenced separately. Parking:Maximum of 3 cars can fit. *There is absolutely no gatherings, events, or parties allowed on the property. *Pool is not advised for none swimmers and proper use of the pool is the tenant's responsibility **No property managers, please
