There's also a laundry room and utility closet off the back of the bathroom, a drop-down ironing board in the hallway, and a fully stocked linen closet too. Outside there's a lovely front porch, an expansive side deck with a charcoal grill, a fire pit in the backyard, a path leading back from the house down to the Rondout Creek right behind the property, off-street parking for 3-4 cars, and busing to Kingston School District. If we've left anything out, it's only because there's just too much for us to describe in a simple write-up. Hopefully the photos paint a fuller picture, but please feel free to ask any questions. Our waterfront property is nestled into a quaint country neighborhood giving both the feeling of being immersed in nature while also being connected to the surrounding community of Rosendale, and just 10 minutes from Kingston.
