Lease terms

Furnished fixed-term rental with lease terms available for up to six months. Exact move-in and move-out dates will be agreed upon with the approved renter based on availability. A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required. Rent includes reasonable use of electricity, water and sewer, garbage and recycling, high-speed Wi-Fi, and centrally controlled heating and cooling. The guest suite is completely private with its own entrance. The laundry room is shared and available Tuesdays from 3:00 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 10:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m. Outdoor parking is included. No smoking, vaping, illegal drugs, parties, or pets are permitted. Assistance animals are considered in accordance with applicable law. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Occupancy is limited to the approved renter or renters listed in the lease. Extended guest stays require prior approval. Renters are expected to keep the furnished suite clean, promptly report maintenance concerns, and return the property in good condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted. Exterior security cameras are located only in exterior and shared property areas and are not located inside the private suite.
