The property also offers off-street parking, a private front yard, a shaded backyard, and ample space for gardening if desired. The property is furnished and move-in ready. The house is a very short walk to the Division Street corridor, but also has its own micro-neighborhood one block away with great restaurants, bars, and coffee options.
