To Qualify: You must have a household income of x3 the rental amount per month. You will automatically be disqualified if you have any evictions, landlord claims or civil judgments. We do run a full credit and background check on every person who lives on the property and require your credit score to be 600 or higher. The application fee is $40 per adult and the apartment requires a $500 security deposit.
