Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and parking are included in the monthly rent. First month's rent and a security deposit are due prior to move-in. Background screening, employment verification, and references are required. This is a non-smoking, owner-occupied home located in a gated community. The homeowner works remotely Monday through Friday, approximately 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., from a private office and is on work calls throughout the day. The ideal tenant will be comfortable hearing work-related conversations during business hours and respect a quiet environment while the homeowner is working. This home is best suited for tenants whose schedules and lifestyle are compatible with a work-from-home environment. If both bedrooms are occupied, tenants will share one full bathroom. All common areas, including the kitchen and shared bathroom, are expected to be kept clean after each use. Single occupancy only. No overnight guests. No parties. The initial lease term is intended for temporary or contract professionals. There may be an opportunity to extend beyond six months based on mutual fit, experience, and adherence to the lease terms.
