I live in the home and we will share the common spaces if you rent one room or two rooms. If you rent one room you have the possibility of sharing the guest bathroom, if you rent two rooms you will have the guest bathroom to yourself. If you rent the entire home, I will not be there, and you will have the entire home to yourself. Master closet will be locked as I do live here. As I stated, I live in this home, the fridge and pantry will have some items, also the cabinets will be full of spices and food products which you are welcome to use. We kindly ask you replenish whatever you use. With one or two room rental, you have access to the guest rooms, guest bathroom and common areas. With the entire home rental, you have to the whole home.
