This is a very clean, cute, and quirky studio with a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Why quirky? Because you have to go through the bathroom to get to the kitchen. You can also enter the kitchen by the deck. The furniture has changed quite a bit around. I only rent these units to the working force here in Mammoth, who have been living in Mammoth for at least a year, have a job established & have local references. In other words, you must be a long-term resident of Mammoth that needs a 12 months lease I am looking for someone who will take care and respect this unit. SINGLE occupancy & no dogs.
