Notes: Studio is in the third floor and there is no elevator, you have to climb stairs. There is a door between my living space and the Master Suite that's permanently locked. There is no stove top or Kitchen sink. All utilities are included. There is street parking in the area that free from 6pm to 8am and costs 1$ and hour between 8am and 6pm or you can get the residential Miami Beach parking permit. No pets allowed and no smoking inside. Listing is for 1 person. This is a very quiet building and the neighbors respect each others privacy and quiet professional people are welcome here. Minimum 90 day stays are preferred.

You have a private sun drenched studio on the third floor roof-top of a lovely original Art Deco building a block away from the gorgeous ocean.
Perfect for 30+ day stays and to be your home away from home.
It's minimalist, spacious design includes a dedicated work space with NEWLY UPDATED fast Internet, living room area with TV and large sofa, eating space, and kitchenette with coffee makers, fridge, toaster oven and microwave.
the huge windows have black out curtains for day time sleep.
This apartment is in a unique, original style art deco building that South Beach is famous for.
You have a high ceiling, windows all around and lots of light. What's special about this place is the tranquil ambiance, while being right next to the South Beach action, and the location a block from the ocean.
The One Hotel and the W are practically across the street.

The studio is next to my apartment and there is a door in between which is locked.. It is technically part of my place but independent with it's own entrance.
