All units have balcony areas and some have yards. All units have a storage room included. The interior of the units is highlighted by Stainless steel appliances, hard flooring, laundry machines, granite counters, and warm earth-tone paint colors. There is a sparkling pool in the common area and parking. The grounds have beautiful trees and grass areas. We may accept small pets with a non-refundable pet deposit. Common utilities start at $65 - 95 per month depending on the number of occupants. The tenant is responsible for interior electrical, We do a 1-year lease.
