This wonderful house is a 2,000 sqft home featuring 3 large Bedrooms 3 full Bathroom plus a bonus room located next to McIntosh Lake and Dawson Park in Longmont! Yes, you read that correct, the house is right next to with unobstructed view and access to the park and lake! One of the rarely available, incredible houses with lakefront access is available for you to call home, but while the location is outstanding, the house is even better! To start off it is actually the front of the house that faces the lake. The house was especially well designed to account for this though, as the home has been set back from the street for added privacy with a zero-scaping landscaping design to help save on your water bill without sacrificing on beauty or comfort. Also, while there is a private back patio area, there is a very large FRONT patio that I think you'll find you use more often as a way to take advantage of the beautiful views!
