Xfinity internet and cable brings this place up to speed. The outdoor shower is a wonderful landing spot after a full day in the sand. My home is within 3 minutes of a walk to the marina view pool. 1 small dog under 25 lbs is allowed - it is a HOA rule so nothing bigger but I am a doggie mom and love dogs!
