Logan Circle is a neighborhood in the NW quadrant of
Washington, DC, six blocks east of
Dupont Circle.
It has become yet another gentrified part of DC, and housing prices in the area have soared dramatically. Nightlife is expanding into the area, and many restaurants are starting to open doors on 14th street. Many Victorian houses in the area are being restored. Logan Circle is an upcoming area of DC that you should definitely keep your eyes on.
