Historic Old Town monthly rental is available from May 16th to December 31st, 2026. The listed price is based on a six-month lease; please inquire for other terms. Lease durations range from a minimum of 29 days up to 6-7 months. A 12.5% sales tax applies to leases shorter than 181 days. To secure the rental, tenants must sign an agreement and provide payment.
