Downstairs is a big open room, and leads into a full bath. The living room has a built in bookshelf and a great living area. Upstairs has the master bedroom and full bath. Then it has a office that has a half bathroom that leads to the hallway. Also, upstairs has a full bedroom for the little ones. The office was used as a game/mancave and leads to the second floor deck (off limits, for renovations). My family and I still live in home and will move as soon as soon as we secure a home at our next destination. Then during that, the home will be picked for the amazing family, to live. UPDATES: As soon as I bought it, we have been working on updates. We currently finished the stairs and will be starting the wall in the room downstairs. We added almost all new windows with five left to install. The master bedroom has new carpet and has been updated. The refrigerator is new. It has solar panels that save on electricity bills. RENOVATIONS TO DO: windows, new flooring, finish upstairs carpet, patio window/door, repaint exterior, and wall and door for downstairs bedroom, the decks outside(DO NOT USE THE SECOND FLOOR DECK, AT ALL MEANS) The estimated rent is over 2200. I'm asking 1800 with the assurance that the families are ok with my contractor company to finish the updates on the home as the new families live in it.
