The home is located up the hill and there are about 30 steps made up of a combination of wood and gravel leading up to it. The steps are wide and manageable and well worth the effort! First floor (entrance level): A spacious open-concept bedroom and dedicated workspace features a high-quality American-standard sofa bed. While the sleeping area is not fully enclosed by walls, there is a privacy curtain mounted on a track keeping the sleeping area separated from the remainder of the space. The first floor is completely private separated from the upper level with access only via an internal wooden staircase. This level also includes a laundry room with washer and dryer, a storage/dressing room, and a private deck accessible directly from the workspace. Second floor (upper level): A large living room with a woodstove, a full kitchen, a separate enclosed bedroom and bathroom, and a bright sunroom that can serve as a dining room or additional lounge. The upper floor opens to its own private deck, which also provides an independent exterior entrance to the home allowing guests on this level to come and go without passing through the first floor. Please note: wooden stairs are required to move between floors and to access the house from the parking area. This home may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
