Grandview is a short driving distance to Downtown Homewood, UAB Campus, Downtown Birmingham, and 5 Points. The closest grocery store would be Publix on 20th Street or Publix/Walmart Market/ALDI on Green Springs Avenue. New residents must set up their electric accounts with Alabama Power, water/sewer account with Birmingham Water Works, and natural gas accounts with Spire Gas.
