Other amenities include air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, dishwasher, a private patio, and off-street parking. The landlord provides garbage and landscaping for common areas. The tenant is responsible for gas, electricity, water, sewer, and all other utilities. Water/Sewer will be billed back using a RUBS system based on occupancy. $1,415.00 per month, $1,415.00 fully refundable security deposit. To reserve the property, a tenant will be required to pay the household security deposit. The first month will be prorated. Cats and dogs 20 lbs. and under are welcome (with exceptions upon landlord review).
