We're happy to accept pets! We allow up to 2 dogs or up to 3 pets (cats + dogs only) per unit. We do a $300 refundable pet deposit (covers any pets in unit) and $30/mo, per pet, in pet rent. For any service or emotional support animals, there are no deposits or fees (we would just need proof of service/ESA status).
