The house is laid out beautifully in that the two bedrooms off the main living space are tucked away and very private. The bath opens both into the hallway and into the bedroom area, so privacy is at a maximum.

The entrance into The Bridges-- the neighborhood in which the home is located and right across the street from Gilbert Regional Park entrance.
This incredible view is of Gilbert Regional Park-- only about a mile and a half away from the house. Great for cycling, and other recreation-- you can walk or cycle through the neighborhood's walking paths. Starbucks is also across the street.
Gorgeous view of the lake and Pavilion-- where events are held, at Gilbert Regional Park. Sitting along the lake at sunset is a great way to unwind before heading home.
Gilbert Regional Park has beach volleyball courts.
Pickleball Courts at Gilbert Regional Park-- about a mile and a half away from the house--are open day and night.
