Fox Valley Apartments

Fox Valley has 65 units. They are all 2 bedrooms, 1 bath. Total electric, both bedrooms can hold a king size bed. We provide Refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. They have a washer and dryer hookup in the kitchen. The kitchen has French doors that are mostly glass, so the kitchen has a lot of light, as will as cabinets. Rent is 1100.00 a month, that includes wifi, basic cable, pest control, and garbage. Tenants have rent, electric bill(Alabama Power), and water bill(Alabaster Water). The Security Deposit is 1100.00. We do allow pets but there's a 500.00 non refundable pet fee per animal. We don't allow large breeds, or aggressive breeds. Only 2 animals per household. You must provide proof of all vet vaccinations on all animals. We are a very quite apartment complex with no crime.
