We offer provisioning services if you would like additional items. Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors. All reservations over Christmas and New Year's Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 20th to 27th or December 27th to January 3rd (+/-1 day). After the 8th guest, there is a $50 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.
