Contemporary Seattle Apartments
At Expo, we offer modern living for the environmentally-conscious individual. Our apartments, LEED Gold certified for energy efficiency, located in Lower Queen Anne feature spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom floorplans. Inside, you'll find a fully-equipped kitchen and in-home washer and dryer. Windows offer stunning Seattle city views, and were also designed to maximize natural light. There are reserved spots in the garage equipped with charging stations. The only thing better than our apartments is the neighborhood. We are located in the heart of Seattle culture. Step out to enjoy fresh air and spectacular views of the Space Needle. South Lake Union and Belltown are within walking distance, as are public transit stops for the bus and monorail.
