We are just a quick drive to the Beaver Dam Park and Starkey Marina!Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes. When you walk into our home, you will find our open concept living room, kitchen, and dining space that creates the perfect space for memorable gatherings. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen and share it together in the dining room. Downstairs, you'll find our second living space that has a large TV with cable, a fireplace, a large cozy couch, and a pool table! When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our five bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom has a California King-size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! (2) The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (4) Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed and closet. (5) Downstairs, the fifth bedroom has a Twin over Full-size futon bunk bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Perfect for the kids! The house is located right outside of the downtown area and has private acreage. Downtown Eureka and Beaver Lake are just a short drive away! Countywide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
