Welcome to Tristan Trail House - this huge home can fit the whole family, right in the center of Bentonville! Located along the Tristan and Action Alley MTB trail, we are stocked with amenities bikers will love! Ride or drive just 3 miles to Downtown Bentonville for NWA favorites. At home, relax in the hot tub, enjoy a meal or movie outside on the deck, play a round of poker in game room, or ping pong outside, or just spend quality time with the whole group in our large living and dining spaces. Guest Access & Amenities: Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Relax in the hot tub, cozy up on the couch and enjoy a show, or grill and enjoy a meal al fresco! Inside, you'll be greeted by our open concept living space, kitchen, and dining space. The living room has seating, a gas fireplace, and access to the patio! The kitchen is fully stocked to whip up a meal or just a good cup of coffee. Nearby there is a formal dining space that seats 6. Downstairs, you'll find our game room! This space has more seating, a Smart TV, poker table, a kitchenette, and a ping pong table right outside! After a fun day, settle into one of our five bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom is on the main floor and is complete with a King-size bed, a Smart TV, closet, and large en suite bathroom. (2) Our second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, a Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) Our third bedroom is downstairs and has a King-size bed, Smart TV, and a nearby bathroom. (4) Our fourth bedroom is downstairs, and has a Full/Twin bunk bed, a Smart TV, a closet, and a nearby bathroom. (5) Our fifth bedroom is downstairs and has two Full/Twin bunk beds, a Smart TV, closet, and a nearby bathroom. Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums. Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer! House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, WiFi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
