The bedroom across the hall which shares the bathroom is currently not occupied full time, but used for visiting houseguests or a college student home on breaks. First floor kitchen, breakfast room, front room, laundry room, and large fenced backyard are shared space. Additional storage available in garage if needed. Street parking on quiet side street. Seeking a housemate who is looking for a home to settle into long term. Initial lease of 9 or 12 months, future renewals of 12 months. Other household occupants are myself in second floor master bedroom, housemate in basement bedroom, a dog who will want to be your best friend, and a small bird. Sorry, no additional pets. I work full time hybrid, so I'm in the first floor office space several days a week. I'm friendly, compassionate, low drama, and do my best to maintain a positive attitude. The household is generally pretty quiet and low key, although I do love to host friends and family from out of town as houseguests whenever they wish to visit lovely Colorado! A little about you. My ideal housemate would be someone who enjoys living with others but also likes their private time. I am very tidy and require a housemate who will keep shared spaces neat and will share cleaning responsibilities for these spaces. No smoking or excessive drinking. I love small gatherings but rarely if ever have large parties. Quiet hours 10 or 11pm to 7am. Overnight guests may use guest room with prior approval.
