Our three story building is centrally located in the heart of Little Havana. Our spacious studios offer beautiful natural light, tile floors, wall a/c units , closet space, and partially remodeled kitchen cabinets. There is parking spaces in the back of building and FREE street parking. Built in 1925, we still have keep our originality, Hence, there is no elevator nor laundry room in our building. However, we have a lovely laundromat around the corner and we encourage all our residents to support all local businesses.
