Updated and aesthetic, charming 1950s home About the basement apartment: Private Furnished Basement Apartment with a separate entrance, Private Bathroom (unattached), 3 rooms (1 non-conforming) 10x10 rooms downstairs, 1 bathroom with standing shower, Living room, Kitchenette w/ sink and fridge About the shared spaces: Fenced backyard, covered patio, pool table, dart board, dog door, locked storage for outdoor gear, laundry, bathtub (if desired), and Kitchen Oven, Dishwasher This is a furnished space (and prefer to keep it that way, but is negotiable to an extent), dogs are allowed with no extra pet fees (up to 2, no breed restrictions but must get along with my 2 dogs), no cats unfortunately as I am allergic, on street parking, and all utilities are included in the price.
