If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your reservation. Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects. Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors. Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies. Please note that the Championsgate registration system requires a QR code parking pass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass. A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a local vendor for an additional charge. As per ChampionsGate Resort policy, upon making your reservation, we will require the names of the drivers of any vehicle, including names of all adults over 18 in order to enter the resort and access on-site amenities.
