Good to Know No BBQ grill on-site, but rentals with propane can be arranged through a trusted local vendor. Just ask! The home is self-catering: starter supplies (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.) provided. Replenish as needed from nearby stores. We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need. Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies. Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We're unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Pool Heat is available for $30 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the pool may not heat all the way to the desired temperature. Please let us know in advance if you'd like to add this to your reservation. Weekly pool maintenance is conducted by a professional technician. (Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.) Please remove muddy/dirty shoes indoors. Guests use the pool at their own risk. NOTE: Please kindly note that the community waterslide will be temporarily closed from October 13 to October 17 for general refurbishment (weather permitting). All other amenities, including the pool, lazy river, fitness center, and sports courts, will remain open for you to enjoy. Please kindly note that, as part of the resort's policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
