This document outlines all leasing terms, conditions, fees, and policies for your rental of this premium furnished property. Please read carefully and direct any questions to the Landlord before signing the lease agreement. Repeated violations result in lease termination. QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM daily. No loud music, gatherings, or disruptive activities.
