Danbury is a western Connecticut city in Fairfield County. It is located on the New York border, just 60 miles northeast of New York, New York, (a two-hour trip via Metro-North trains). There is Amtrak service in Stamford, 30 miles away. With I-84 right in town, it's a snap to drive the 2.5 hours to Boston, Massachusetts.
