Lease Terms & Property Rules - Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A 5-day grace period applies. - A $50 late fee will be charged for each week rent remains unpaid after the grace period. - Failure to pay rent for 30 days may result in lease termination and eviction proceedings. - No smoking of cigarettes or tobacco products is permitted inside the apartment or on the property. - No pets allowed. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis with prior approval. - Street parking only. The property is located in a safe residential neighborhood with ample street parking. - Optional storage space for recreational equipment (kayaks, canoes, scooters, bicycles, etc.) may be available for an additional $100/month, subject to discussion and availability. - High-speed Wi-Fi is included in the rent. - Trash service is included. Tenants are expected to keep garbage areas clean and tidy. Excessive mess or improper disposal may result in a written warning. Failure to correct the issue after notice may result in a $50 cleanup fee.
