Tiles throughout condo-NO CARPETS. Cable TV/WIFI and US/Canada long distance included, located within the gated luxury community, Grand Venezia, by Old Tampa Bay. Exterior building renovations completed in 2019 with new windows installed in each unit, bringing the community back to its glory.
Fantastic amenities include a $2M clubhouse with heated swimming pool (scheduled closure for maintenance from May 4 to July 6. 2026 but use of sister community's pool is available in limited circumstances during this period) and fitness center across the road, tennis court, a 1.5 mile waterfront walking, and available docks for your boat or jetski. Kayaks available to borrow. Picturesque views, including Old Tampa Bay in the background.
Basic cable, water, electricity, gas, internet and home phone are included. Minimum stay is 30 days, as noted below.
