Full kitchen access is available on the first floor. This one bedroom apartment has an open floor plan. The only enclosed room is the bedroom, This is not a shared unit, guests will enjoy this apartment all to themselves. The hosts live in the upper level and will access the ground floor only in an emergency eg. electrical or any other utility related issues (hosts will notify guests so as not to walk in on guest unannounced). Other note: Guests enter the space through a private entrance that is accessed walking on a grass covered path. the area can get slightly muddy, depending on weather.
