We also just had all new siding, windows and roofs installed! Enjoy a large, covered deck for barbecuing or relaxing, summer or winter. Our property amenities include a community garden, swimming pool, clubhouse and on-site management/maintenance. Take a walk on the path along Kellogg Creek and breathe in the fresh air. Come and see what the neighborhood looks like and imagine yourself living here!
We are a 10-minute drive to Clackamas Town Center and 7 blocks to the MAX orange line, where you can enjoy Milwaukie's Food Carts and Farmer's Market. We hope to hear from you soon!
