Beautiful Little Homestead is set on over 3 acres of open and wooded land with lots of privacy and conveniently located in beautiful Albemarle County, very close to everything that the greater Charlottesville/Albemarle area has to offer. The offered residence is on the second floor of our detached Carriage House. There is only one electric car parked in the garage, which is only used 1-2x/week (no constant garage door and car noise!)
