North Woods is dedicated to making a happy home for both our residents and their pets. Our pet policy is as follows: 1. Cats and dogs allowed 2. $300.00 non-refundable one time pet fee for one pet. 3. $450.00 non-refundable one time fee for two pets. 4. $600.00 non-refundable one time fee for three pets. 5. fee non-refundable one time pet fee. 4. Certain breeds of dogs are restricted, including: German Shepherd, Pit Bull/Pit Bull Terriers/Staffordshire Terrier , Rottweiler, Chow-Chow, Doberman Pinschers, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Huskies, Presna Canarios, Cane Corsos, Wolf Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds, unless used as service dogs. Rodents (including ferrets) are not allowed.
