Champlain School Apartments

Live in a Well Renovated Historic Structure Our Champlain School Apartments are located in a historical building at 817 Pine Street in Burlington. The original three story elementary school building has been completely renovated, and many apartments have high ceilings and large windows. In addition to the main school house structure, there is also an attached three story building on the property featuring both one and two bedroom apartments. We're well known for the care we take in maintaining our buildings, as we have full time maintenance personnel on staff to ensure prompt attention to any problems. A Vibrant Community Featuring a Wealth of Activities This building is located within the hip and happening arts district of Burlington known as the South End Arts & Business Area (SEABA). In addition to the local parks (Oak Ledge, baseball field) and Burlington's beautiful bike path, for the past ten years a great variety of arts, dining and cultural institutions burst onto the scene. These include dining options close by (Burlington Beer Company, Great Northern, New World Tortilla), entertainment options (Food Truck Fridays, Art Hop, Farmers' Markets), grocery services (City Market, Market 32, Shaw's). Our buildings are also conveniently located on the city bus route near schools, and even a local Surf Club which provides opportunities for a shared beach, rental paddle boards and even a sauna.
