Catamount Run

Catamount Run is conveniently located in the heart of South Burlington's City Center, about a mile from the UVM Campus. Catamount Run offers 12-month leasing options for UVM Students, Faculty, and Staff, with eligibility determined by the University of Vermont. Pricing is listed per bedroom. Individual lease liability is available for all two- and three-bedroom units, and roommate matching is offered. The primary applicant must have an affiliation with UVM; however, additional occupants without a UVM affiliation are permitted. Applicants seeking to lease a studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, or three-bedroom unit with roommates who are not affiliated with UVM must apply together with all intended occupants and will be responsible for the full cost of the unit.
