Welcome to Carriage Hill Apartments!… This community features 126 units spread across 17 buildings, offering a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans throughout the year. Select two-bedroom units include an additional half bath located off the master bedroom.
Many of our units have been recently renovated, with modern upgrades such as brand-new flooring, countertops, vanities, light fixtures, faucets, and more. Located just mile from the University of Iowa Hospitals & Clinics and Kinnick Stadium, Carriage Hill also provides easy access to several walking trails, making it a prime location on Iowa City's west side.
Amenities include on-site laundry facilities, off-street parking, and central air conditioning in most units. Nearly all units feature additional pantry space, and many one-bedroom apartments come with a dedicated storage locker. Most two-bedroom units have a deck space as well.
Carriage Hill is a no-smoking community. Cats are welcome, and dogs are permitted in first-floor units with written approval, a registration fee, and monthly pet rent.
