Inside, the villa boasts a spacious layout with a living room, a master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom, two dining areas, and another living room with a TV. The modern kitchen includes a pass-through to the terrace for convenient indoor-outdoor dining. A Security deposit (refundable) in the amount of $500 must be paid 4 weeks before arrival date. The deposit can be paid by credit card (+3.5% processing fee) or Zel or Ven. From this deposit, your used electricity will be deducted. The remaining deposit will be refunded.
