Lease terms

No smoking allowed on inside the house or patio. Quiet hours begin at 9 pm and end at 6 am in this community. Host is responsible for utilities with a CAP on $250/month on electricity. All Lease must be a min of 1 month Select pets will be allowed at a cost/month Guests is responsible for pulling trash and recycling bins once a week to the pickup location i.e., adjacent street/property entrance. Guests is responsible for maintaining house cleanliness at all times and for the monthly professional cleaning services. Guest must notify the host in writing, not less than 14 days prior to lease end their decision to extend or terminate the lease. Guest is responsible for fees related to replacement of damaged property. Guest will deposit equal to one month's rent upon approval. Rent is due by midnight on the 1st day of the month. A prorated amount will be calculated on the move-in day and has to be paid prior to move in. Only guests on the reservation/contract are allowed to spend the night at the property. Guest is responsible for buying their own groceries, beverages, soaps*, and laundry detergents.
