Lease terms

-Lease is a 12 month lease. -Monthly rent is $1900 to be paid between the 1st-5th of the month. ($100 late fee for late payments). -$40 per month pet rent ($40 per pet. If you have a cat and a dog, it would be $80 a month addition to standard rent) -A security deposit of $1,900 (equivalent to one month's rent) is required and will be fully refunded after move-out, subject to a successful inspection. -Water/Sewage is $100 per month to be paid to the landlord in addition to base rent. -Tenant is required to acquire and pay for their own Trash, Recycling, and yard debris receptacles through Pride Disposal. -Tenant is required to set up electricity through PGE starting the first day of the lease and are required to keep on through the duration of the lease. -No smoking/vaping anywhere on the property (including carport and backyard). -Two car limit in drive way (first come first serve additional parking available on site) -Dogs must be no heavier than 80lb. All dogs must be trained and potty trained (pit bull and pit mix dogs must be introduced to owners prior to lease offer) -Tenant is responsible to maintain the backyard, owner will maintain the front yard
