Parking is included with one space in the garage and two spaces in the driveway. Tenant is responsible for handling the garbage and recycling bins (weekly pickup on Tuesdays).

The single family house is located in a quiet pet friendly neighborhood, close to shopping, with nearby parks, dining, entertainment, medical… facilities, and transportation. Downtown Milwaukie and Bay front Park on the Willamette River are also nearby. The kitchen is updated with new appliances, granite counter tops & peninsula, and the bathroom has a fresh look. The heat pump /central air keeps the house quietly cool in the summer, warm in the winter, and a gas fireplace makes the living room extra toasty when the weather is cold. The shaded deck outside the dining room is a nice place to be in the summertime for squirrel and bird watching. The owners live offsite, but stay in the house when it is vacant in order to visit nearby grandchildren.
