Renter is responsible for electric, internet, cable and lawn maintenance. Owner will pay for pest control. This is a tobacco free home, but smoking on porch is fine with a butt receptacle. Only potty/litter trained animals in the house. There is an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300 added to the security deposit. An application is required as owner will verify employment, income and past rental history. Due at move-in is the first and last month's rent. I can work with you on the security deposit. Lease is a 1 year term with possible options to renew.
