The Cottage features mini split air conditioner/heater, a comfortable queen size bed, walk-in closet, sofa, dining table and chairs, lift top coffee table, Smart TV, Full bathroom with shower over bathtub, small kitchen. There is no stove but comes equipped with a full size refrigerator, double burner induction cook top, microwave oven, toaster/convection oven, Nutribullet blender, "Instant Pot", and electric skillet. Outside there is a private covered patio with seating for 4.
Spacious backyard with numerous fruit/nut trees and plenty of room to garden. Presently there are 2 cats on the property; well behaved dogs are welcome if compatible.
Cottage is available for a minimum of 4 months; short or long term. Prefer 1 car /non-smoking employed person with good credit and references. Street parking only. Security deposit is $1800 without pets; $500 extra deposit for pets.
There is a $200 cleaning fee deducted at move-out.
Neighborhood is located within walking distance to downtown as well as the junior college and hospital.
