Kitchenette with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave oven, double sink, toaster, Keurig Coffee maker, spice rack, water kettle, and fully equipped with pots and pans, silverware, and all kitchen utensils. Washer and dryer downstairs in the garage. Central AC. TV and internet. Private deck right in front of the apartment with grill, table, chairs, and outside umbrellas. Plus huge deck overlooking the entire bay with chairs, tables, deck chairs, a grill, and outside umbrellas. First aid kit, fire distinguisher, and smoke alarm are included as well as bicycles, and beach chairs. Pure residential area on this peninsula. No through traffic. Very very quiet. Main public commercial beach with stores and restaurants 1 mile. City shuttle bus station 1 block away. On a Sunday you may find 10 or 20 people on the entire beach, as we have no public parking here. Up to 60 minutes walk on the white sand beach to either north or south side. Due to city ordinances, we can only rent for a minimum of one calendar month or 30 days. Rent $ 100.00 per day. PLEASE NOTE: NO PETS AND NO SMOKERS.
