About the building
I'm renting my beloved, personal home in the highly sought-after 937 Condominiums building.… I lived in this unit for over 8 years, and moved to another unit in the same building (it's my favorite building in the city). This home has served perfectly for my family of three, and I'm pleased to offer it to some lucky person(s)!
The unit has gorgeous northward views of the Pearl from all rooms other than the second bedroom. This is one of the defining features of 937 -- units are arranged lengthwise up against the floor to ceiling windows, so most of the space is filled with light and access to these views.
The unit has beautiful hardwood floors, Neil Kelly cabinetry, quartz countertops, and high end appliances (Bosch dishwasher, Liebherr refrigerator, Dacor gas range and convection oven, Whirlpool high efficiency washer/dryer, etc.). You simply can't get anywhere near this level of quality in a comparable apartment rental.
All utilities are included other than electricity. 937 was only the third LEED Platinum certified building in the country, and the unit is very efficient with low electricity bills. It is heated/cooled with a high efficiency Carrier heat pump. High-speed internet is also included -- the building has its own direct fiber connection with 600 Mbps rates for both download and upload! Basic cable TV is also included via DirecTV (which can be upgraded to any service package they offer).
The unit includes a dedicated parking space in the underground garage below the building, accessed by elevator. Bike storage is also available in the garage.
The building has concierge service for ~12 hours a day to help with packages, deliveries, or any other general building questions/issues. Dry cleaning is picked up from and delivered to the building MWF.
The location could not be better, very centrally located in the pearl -- a walker's paradise, steps away from some of the city's most celebrated restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. Multiple grocery stores are within a few blocks (Whole Foods, World Foods, Safeway, etc.). The iconic Powell's Books is just 4 blocks away.
